We know that breastfeeding is a different experience for every family. We are here to help with what YOU need to be successful in your breastfeeding journey. This includes both in home and virtual consulting services as well as virtual prenatal breastfeeding classes.
Our board certified lactation consultants are based in the western suburbs of Chicago and available for in home and virtual consults. In person service areas include: Brookfield, La Grange, La Grange Park, Western Springs, Clarendon Hills, Glen Ellyn, Naperville, Wheaton, Hinsdale, Westmont, Oakbrook, Elmhurst, Villa Park, Lombard, Downers Grove.
Our team will make every effort to accommodate in-person visits outside of this service area, but we can always accommodate virtual visits as well.
A typical lactation consultation session includes:
- Pre and post-weight breastfeeding evaluation
- Latch and positioning assistance
- Pumping evaluation
- Symptom management
- Feeding care plan

Initial Virtual Consultation
Virtual visits are an effective way of assessing breastfeeding. If at any time we feel like a virtual visit is not sufficient for your needs, we will discuss this with you and arrange for an in person visit. Visit will be conducted on a HIPAA compliant, secure video chat via Google Meet.

Follow-Up Virtual Consultation
- $100 / 60 minute virtual session
Virtual Prenatal Breastfeeding Classes
- Find out what breastfeeding looks like in the first few days by exploring real facts, stories, and insights. In this session, you will meet one on one with an IBCLC to learn, ask questions, and create a plan to set you up for success.
- $60 for 1 hour session (May be eligibile for insurance coverage)
The Quickie Consult
The Quickie Consult is perfect for those families with specific questions or issues that can be tackled relatively quickly & easily via phone call. These may include: weaning, engorgement, transitioning off nipple shield, plugged ducts, pumping schedule, etc.
- 15 minute video call for $45
- At the end if you decide you want to schedule a full consult, we will deduct the price of the quickie consult from your full consult (in person or virtual)
Insurance Coverage
Our practice has begun accepting some insurance plans through a partnership with The Lactation Network (TLN). Your visit will be most likely be covered if you have the following insurance companies:
- BCBS PPO
- Cigna PPO
- United Healthcare PPO
- Most plans that utilize Multi Plan and PNOA.
- Please note that PNOA and MultiPlan logos will appear alongside other payers on the medical insurance card (example, Aetna or UHC) If the card includes the PNOA or MultiPlan logos, we may be able to take them
